All output generated by Informed Assist is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Informed Assist does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided.

Informed Assist does not provide medical services, nor does it replace or act as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users should always seek the advice of qualified health providers with any questions regarding a medical condition.

Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring satisfaction with our speech to text summarization software as a service (SaaS). However, we understand that there may be circumstances under which our customers might seek a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be provided.

Eligibility for Refund

Trial Period (3 days):
If you cancel your subscription within the specified trial period, you are eligible for a full refund.

Service Downtime:
Subscribers may be eligible for a pro-rated refund if our service experiences an unplanned, significant downtime, beyond the acceptable uptime guarantee stated in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).

In cases where the service is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe after the expected delivery date due to technical issues on our end, customers are entitled to a full refund.

Major Defects:
If the service has significant defects that severely impact its functionality and we are unable to rectify these within a reasonable timeframe, customers may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Process for Requesting refund

Notification: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team through our websites contact form. Include your order number, subscription details, and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.

Review: Our team will review your request based on the eligibility criteria outlined above. We may require additional information or documentation to process your request.

Decision: We aim to process refund requests within 7-10 business days. You will be notified of our decision via email. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
